Jewelry Dragons is committed to offering you quality merchandise at the most competitive prices with reasonable shipping charges. Although our prices may change daily, purchased product prices are valid only at the stated date of the purchase. Orders are shipped via Priority US Post., Fedex Ground or Fedex International. Before you complete the checkout process, you will have the option of choosing your preferred method of shipment at which time the shipping fee will be added to the total of your purchase. All orders are shipped insured.
It is our policy that all orders totaling $200.00 or more will be shipped to the verified billing address of the credit card holder ONLY.
Federal Express Ground must have a street address. If only a PO Box is submitted, it will be mailed US Post. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery. Federal Express Ground delivery time is approximately 5 days and up to 7 days for Alaska and Hawaii. Signatures are required for orders over USD$100.00 with Federal Express Ground. See Federal Express International Rates & Terms below if applicable to your destination.
All orders are custom made. Orders made between Wednesday (after 3 pm Mountain Standard Time) and Monday (before 3 pm Mountain Standard Time) will be cast on Tuesday and shipped in 5 to 7 business days following the cast.
Orders made between Monday (after 3 pm Mountain Standard Time) and Wednesday (before 3 pm Mountain Standard Time) will be cast on Thursday and shipped in 5 to 7 business days following the cast.
PLEASE NOTE: Dark Age Jewelry has a shipping time of 10 - 14 business days as these products are being shipped directly to you stateside from the U.K.
All orders will be billed on your credit card as Unlimited-D. Please feel free to contact us via e-mail at jewelrydragons@comcast.net for any questions you may have. All inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days in the original box and we will be happy to issue a complete refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions. Any items not returned within the 30 day period will not be able to be issued a refund. Please note, for returned items, the item must be insured.
In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us at jewelrydragons@comcast.net with the item number and nature of the damage and a digital photo. We will then simply issue a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer. If our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damaged item or we require the item to receive compensation, we may ask you to return it to us, at no charge to you of course.
